Mondeo mk5 FCIM after wizard update wrong part number

Hi,

I did update FCIM module by update wizard and after update FCIM have wrong part number other than before.
There is no DCT's but I've got SONY radio with sync2 and sound button stop working and i can't open my trunk, electric liftgate doesn't react on any button (on liftgate, on key, in cabin) just hazard lights flashes 2 times.

Is it possible to get back to oryginal part number and firmware?
How to do that?

Here are some information about update:

Update wizzad update FCIM from HS7T-14G121-ZA to HS7T-14G121-EA and after that update FCIM Part Number changed from GS7T-18E245-BCC to HS7T-18E245-P????...

I've tried to did update with new HS7T-14G121-EA by VBF loader but it does nothing update ended successfully but nothing happens.
Update with HS-CAN and HS2, with can sleep mode, even with died module programming where I put GS7T-18E245-BCC part number.
When I update with old HS7T-14G121-ZA Part number is still HS7T-18E245-P????... but current version change to this old one HS7T-14G121-ZA so update goes ok but sound button and liftgate still don't work.

SBL I used DS7T-14G123-AA.

Just load your original software with the latest UCDS version: enter Update Wizard, select "Load from ETIS" and rewrite your original software.

stupid question but have you trid ford master reset (battery off for 2 minutes) it works on new kuga after battry management module update some times liftgate stops to work and many has just one solution a new rgtm module but we had one where we tried every thing and it didt work so as a last thing we took all power from the car in a cup of coffe time and when every thing was on again it was working again and we hhad a happy customer

after the upgrade, load the module original Direct configuration FCIM
"load from file" (your backup) or "load from AsBuilt ETIS"

Hi, I really don't have luck at all..
I tried reflash FCIM module with VBF loader and now my FCIM died and I don't know how to back it to life.

From the beginning:
In VBF loader I marked tick DeadModule entered F113 GS7T-18E245-BCC

SBL DS7T-14G123-AA
ECU SOFT GS7T-14G121-ZB
ECU CALIB GS7T-14G122-ZB
MS-CAN

When I did this for first time it hangs after flash erase and show flashing failed and FCIM stops to respond.

After that i was trying to do this again but now i'm getting "requesting protected mode" and it's hang on that.

Please help me how can i recover this module. What is the procedure of use deadmodule programming?

Sorry but I won't do that because this is not my FCIM panel.

EM2T-18E245-AEL FCIM looks like S-MAX panel not Mondeo MK5.

On my FCIM there are two stickers which says two different model ford sticker says GS7T-18E245-BCC and another one without ford logo says HS7T-18E245-BCA.

Now I'm looking for calibration files for GS7T-18E245-BCC FCIM module to try flash step by step every version to find best working.
Can anybody send me a list of calibration files that would be accurate for this module?

At the beginning thank You very much for last night remote flashing session by teamviewer.

I findout that the problem causing flashing error is not FCIM module or calibration files but whole procedure from starting UCDS program to flashing VBF to FCIM module.
In my opinion someting is not right with this version of UCDS because flashing VBF on older version goes very ease and without any problems.

I went throught steps above and flashing proces ends with success.

If flashing process ends with error then close VBF file loader read dtc codes and clear all dtcs after that You must turn off AC then shutdown UCDS program, run it again, turn on AC, go to VBF file loader and flash module.
After that procedure flashing ends with success and my FCIM starts working.

I flashed files:
BL: DS7T-14G123-AA
GS7T-14G121-ZB
GS7T-14G122-ZB

Without forced programming
With sleep all modules
With MS-CAN

FCIM works but this is not the 100% sollution because I'm still having problems with It my panel have butto named SOUND and buttow heated windshield at this moment SOUND button don't do anything and windshild button acts like MAX AC.
My module still have funny part number(F113) like this: GS7T-18E245-P??????
I tried change this options in direct config but when I hit write to module I'm getting one error and nothing is stored to module.
Maby It's problem whit that I didn't flash properly calibrations files.
So maby anyone can help me to find proper files?

Ok, Guys I've got full solution for this whole problem with FCIM update and doesn't working SOUND and HEATED WINDSHIELD buttons.

My FCIM is SONY GS7T-18E245-BCC / HS7T-18E-245-BCA both are correct and this is the same module.

VBF files should be like this:

SBL: DS7T-14G123-AA
1: HS7T-14G121-ZA
2: HS7T-14G122-ZA

CAN-BUS should be CAN_MS

Flash by VBF files loader with parameters:

Enable "Sleep all modules" mode,
ECU reset after programming
Enable "Tester Present" service

Model of car "Mondeo (Euro) [CD391] - 2015>

After flash read and delete all DTC's

Next go to Direct config of FCIM and upload config from this file:

fcim_direct_config_.xml

Write to module.

After that still in direct config of FCIM download from ETIS asbuild and write it to FCIM too.

At the end You should review direct config of FCIM by Yourself to check if everything is correct enabled like Heated Drivers Wheel or others.

After that reset FCIM module or all modules and clear all DTC's.

Now You've got working correctly all buttons again.
