Crackling right channel after Sony update

I am having bizzare issue.
Just decided to update firmware in my Sony 6cd that was working fine on bit aux in channels.
After update right aux in is crackling, radio is fine, it's the aux input that's a problem.

I've tried same thing with Sony 1cd I had spare, and same thing happened to it. After update right aux In is crackling...

BTW, I plugged aux in directly to radiu oto Check if It's not connector or wires problem, but problem happened in the radios.

Any suggestions?
