Can somebody provide SBL for PAM AV4T-15K866-BA of VIN WF0RXXGCDRCC18858

As nobody here seems to be able to get this information i will share my findings, so maybe it's for use for anybody looking for the same.

As with UCDS i was not able to read this information, i use good old ELMConfig (also ForScan can do).
UCDS gives this from "Poll module":
