i have a serious problem :/ and im hoping fore some help from your guys

i have done a calibration of wheel size under PCM Reprogramming.

after that i have fail code P1187 ? i have tried

- set the wheel size back and reprogram - nothing happend
- program pcm whit orginal ford vcm as a new pcm and update all moduls - same fail code p1187
- code/program injectors - same fail p1187

I met this DTC too ... solution: use IDS for reprogramming PCM

We have used Ids to reprogram pcm .. But whit no luck

I have a buddy who works in a Ford dealer. we have programmed injection nozzles, reinstalled pcm as new. the error will not be every time the car is started, it can appear every two or six time it is started. cruise control is not acting, although it has been installed correctly, and have been on from new

is there any developers who can help, function I used when the error occurred, I have used many many times with elmconfig without error .. and now I stand with a customer car that has had problems in one month without being able to fix it with ucds. I hoping for help so I do not go out and buy new pcm? and I'm not even sure the fault is that? perhaps other modules

error occurred after using the program ucds, there have never been problems when I use FF2 and edit pcm / wheel size or chassis number

What the week size you are select? Type of engine?
Not all sizes are supported by different firmwares

problem solved !!

made a new instalerring of pcm, it asks about the frame number is correct, chooses no to the win number, and type it manually and voila P187 is gone: D

P187 fault code will appear when there are problems with correct / incorrect chassis number of the different modules .. made a new instalation 4 times, with the same error to follow :S only when I wrote the frame number in manually, solved the error

the car now have done 3.000 km whit no erros
