Update Convers+ (old version)

I have a question about my (old) convers+

The hardware version i have is 7m2t-10849-cf
This is a very early convers+ model with firmware version 815
When i check for updates with IDS, it says this is the latest version (815).

I know there are 3 different hardware version with different firmware levels.
The second version convers+ from late 2008 (partnumber starts with 8m2t) has a 9XX firmware and can be updated with IDS to 1007.

Now UCDS offers the ability to flash to 1007 and 1121. Will this work on my very old convers+ or do i need to get a newer unit?
If the answer is "yes it is possible" :what is the difference between the Flash modes : MAIN Flash, Extended Flash.
Do i need to do a Extended flash? or just Main flash?
Is the 1121 version only for the latest 2010 models convers+ ?

for old convers+:
if firmware of convers+ is smaller than 1007, you can update on 1007 (in two steps: 1. main flash, 2. extended flash)
if firmware of convers+ is bigger than 1007, you can update on 1121 (in two steps: 1. main flash, 2. extended flash)

Are you sure this works with the old convers+ i have?
Ford can't do this with IDS, max version is 815 they say

Hi. I having problem updating the old convers. I wanted to go mortal in the first place so I clicked check my firmware. It showed me that I need 1 token 1 level to go mortal so I went for it. The programming failed on the end of programing and the convers was blank. Then I come back to 1007 version and wvertthink was fine. After this I program it with 1122 firmware and the screen is moved to one site and not everything is displayed, also the fuel and speed gage showing something stupid over the maximum. I went back to 1007 but I want the newer upgrade. What is the problem with 1122 update and why it was showing that I need only 1 token 1 level to go mortal if u realy need 1 token 2 level. Now when I check it does show that I need 2 level. I always did main flash and extended after. Please help.

there exist 3 type of convers+:
1. preFL - last version is 1007
2. betweenFL - last version is 1122
3. FL - last version is 1412 (+ special 15xx for convers with swapped icons)

nonstandard solution is fw with parkassistant (+ etc.) from motral, where fw 1122 is uploaded into preFL convers - you need min. one 2nd level credit for it

is it possible to use a AM2T convers+ in an older mondeo 2007 with stock small dash
is it possible to programm it to the old software?
AM2T should be 1122 software

is it possible with convers+ button in "mondeo mk4"
or in update wizard?

Hi. Im still having problem to update my pre face lift 1007 convers to Custom mortal convers. I bought level 2 token and chosen the 1122 firmware to update in to my old convers. The main flash was ok but failed on programming the extended flash. No credit level 2 was used. How can I do it right? I add the attachment photograph. Thanks for help

Write back 1007 ver. and try to repeat it.
Maybe there is a problem writing a flash ...
