2012 Explorer IPC dead after update

I did a update with UCDS on 2012 Explorer VIN:1FMHK8D88CGA26607
after update the IPC is dead. also the IDS do not found it.
How can I get the bootloader and the two software file, to try to alive it again.

Need software File CT4T-14C088_BC and CT4T-14C026-BC. Know anyone, where to get it?
