error, service after upgrade modul HCM

Hi, I've written new calibration files to HCM. After the registration, the headlamp error, service!
Detected errors can not be deleted.
Does anyone know what this might be? thanks

Module calibration does not work ...
Even despite the error message, HCM has come to life. Error message on LCD disappeared !!!
