Escape CCM module problem after update

Hi everyone!
I got Ford Escape 2017 year with CCM. I want to update module and after programming i got dtc U0300, U2100 and U2101.
GV6T-14D049-BC this was my old number and GV6T-14D049-BD this is new number after update. Direct configuration can't be write, anytime got error. Anyone can help?
I see similar problem on forum but cannot read in Russian language :<
