Engine is OK, set back to 140PS via UCDS, updating pcm via IDS aswell had no effect so FORD had to do it to receive proper values for pcm.

I dont have IDS, i have ucds cable and 2 elmconfig.

I need instruction step by step!

I have the ucds cable and it is operating in windows 7Pro 32 bits!
The firmware version 12, and the ucds version is 1.24.019.

In windows 8.1Pro 64 bits one error appear that the laptop is a virtual machine!

2. On Asbuilt Editor Paramtere 5 (ENGINE) Change to ... DW10C 150PS ...

4. Go to Focus 3 or Kuga 2 Section
PCM\TCM Reprogramming
4.1 Press CCC Learning Diesel

My laptop is a physical laptop, not virtual. I install the drivers and work fine, the device manager is ok, i install the ucds software like administrator a work fine, but when i try to open ucds program, the error appear.

Good morning! I change the engine type to 150Ps, i write configuration, and i select ccc learning in kuga2. After this i clear all dtcs with ucds and with forscan.

But now i have a new error.

In module PBM: code 2101 - Control Module Configuration Incompatible

PS 140 is about 340-345 Nm and 163 after switching to a minimum of 370 Nm

Second: i dont known where is PID-CET, if you can send me one photo or instructions, the next time i will view it.

But leszcz33, when i read the configuration through ucds or elmconfig, the bcm show 150 PS.
