PCM replace 150 Hp with 180 hp

Hi guys,

I have a focus with a 2.0 tdci DW10F engine.
Everywhere I see you have to change power rating from 2 to 3. My car was at power rating 1 i believe.
What is power rating 1? 150 hp for Ford Focus?
Can i change it to 3 without any problems?

And do I have to reset the pcm after?
