Updating AHCM

Hello,
I added AHCM (webasto) to mondeo mkIV facelift ... when I want to update the AHCM via UPDATE WIZARD, the process is:
1. secondary bootloader is loaded to 100%
2. ECU software is programmed to 100% (ten times!!!)
and then STATUS is "erasing flash ..." .... I waited 15 minutes ... without changes.


Now AHCM is malfunction (DTC U3000).

Where is problem?

Can update wizard has a problem
Maybe this new version UCDS solve the problem? I wonder when it will be .................. also look forward to a new version with a new custom C +

problem is probably in AG9N-14C081-AD.vbf ... the part AG9N-14C080-CD.vbf is correctly uploaded (10 blocks) and then:
if UCDS is erasing 7 blocks ( erase = { { 0x00000400, 0x0000003c }, { 0x00000764, 0x0000009c }, { 0x00000818, 0x000004e8 }, { 0x00000d40, 0x00000014 }, { 0x00000d5c, 0x00000028 }, { 0x00000d98, 0x000000ec }, { 0x00000edc, 0x00000114 } }; ), then UCDS does not finish this operation

maybe error in VBF file? other code page?

there is AG9N-14C081-AE (or AG9N-14C081-BE) on Ford-server ... why UCDS do not use AG9N-14C081-AE?

Strategy: AG9N-14C080-CD
Calibration(CAL DIESEL): AG9N-14C081-AF
Signal Configuration: AG91-14C416-AC
