How to program Kuga MK1 PAM-Module?

Hey, now i have a PAM module here at hand and know that it uses
Software version: v.15 (09.06.2010)
Calibration version: 00.00.1919
and those numbers are completly different from what i know from the Mondeo, i wonder how to get the needed files (PBL, SBL)?

UCDS polls this from the module:
