Deactivate the Start-Stop-Automatic

it is possible to deactivate the automatic Start-Stop-System?

I'd like to activate the system manually with the button if i need the system.
It is possible to negate just this option when i start the car?

Maybe with Forscan or the UCDS-Adapter?
