Can not using No SBL Mode after update SW to v3.0.7

Hi all,

Currently facing a problem is that after updating UCDS software to v3.0.7, the No SBL Mode is now unavailable when I try to flash VBF file into a Sync 4.
When I try to flash, it shows that "Failed to recieve HW part number..."

In release v3.0.5 this function works properly.

Please help me to solving this problem, thanks!
