Updating IPC

Hello,

When I want to update the IPC to a specific software level, which is not the newest, I have to use the VBF loader.
The software for the IPC consists of three different files, I presume I have to upload them in the right order thru the VBF loader. Do I have to select the Secondary Boot Loader (SBL) for each file?
Or do I need the SBL only for the fist part?
