UCDS V4 Adapter looses USB connection

Computer : Lenovo Thinkpad T510 W10 64b 8Gb
Latest UCDS
Unit : APIM

When using VBF file loader to program an APIM, after it erased flash block 1 and 2, the UCDS adapter looses USB connection and Windows reconnects it.
The VBF File loader then wants to program flash block 1 of 7 but this fails and the unit becomes dead.
Why is the USB connection lost ? See attachment
